DELIVERY POLICY

 

In order to ensure that products reach customers with the best quality according to a thorough and convenient process for customers, BLUSAIGON offers the following delivery policy:

 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through a reputable intermediary shipping service or from BLUSAIGON employees.

- Nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers buying on website, Fanpage, e-commerce page, calling and buying directly at the store.

- Order processing time will be counted from the time of receiving your completed payment.

- The delivery time can be changed at the request of the customer.

- Your order will be delivered up to 2 times. In case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule with you, and you still can't be contacted or do not receive any feedback from you. customer, the order will no longer be valid.

- To check the information or status of your order, please inbox Fanpage or call hotline 0944 00 1771 to provide information including name, phone number to be checked.

- When the product is delivered to you, please sign the confirmation with the delivery staff and check the quantity, condition and type of goods delivered.

- Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for checking purpose. Please call us immediately if the product is not intact due to the shipping process.

 

II. DELIVERY TIME:

- From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every day of the week (except Sunday, public holidays, and New Year's Eve).

- Orders before 11:30 pm will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.

- Orders after 11:30 will be delivered in the evening and the next morning.

- Depending on the product will have different delivery time.
