 2. Can I return the goods if I no longer need them?

Unfortunately, BLUSAIGON Company currently does not support the return of the ordered product if you no longer need it.

 

BLUSAIGON Company always wants to satisfy customers, so we will check product quality before delivery. However, it will not avoid damage during transportation.
We will replace the product within 10 working days at no additional cost.
BLUSAIGON Company will refund 100% if there is no replacement product. Within 14 days of using the product, if there is any technical error, BLUSAIGON Company will support to repair or change another product depending on the damaged condition.

 

From the moment you pay for your order and receive a successful order confirmation email, BLUSAIGON Company will quickly ship the goods. Within 2-7 working days, the customer will receive the goods.
