RETURN POLICY

           

I. CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE/ REFUND OF PRODUCT:

- The product is not of good quality, the goods are intact but not usable.

- When the customer receives the goods, and opens to check. The product is broken, damaged, or is not the same as the model and color when ordering.

II. SITUATIONS OF BEING NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/ REFUND:

- Customers want to change the color and design of the product but do not notify in advance.

- Customers want to change the model of the product that has been engraved with your name, we will notify you in advance of the cost.

- Customers themselve affect the external condition of the product such as tearing the packaging, peeling, breaking the product.

- Customers operate incorrectly according to the user manual, affecting the quality of the product.

- Customers do not comply with the company's return policy (for example, do not keep the purchase invoice and return the product after 14 days from the time of receipt).

- Customers no longer need to use the product.

Note: Please support the shipping cost in case you want to return the product.

III. POLICY:

- Time for customers to receive new products back is up to 7 working days (1 for 1 exchange).

- 100% refund for customers if there is no replacement product.

- Within 14 days of using the product, if there is any technical error, BLUSAIGON will support the customer to repair or exchange another product depending on the damaged condition.
