Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY

 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

       When you buy BLUSAIGON products, each product will have a warranty card attached. Please keep the product warranty card for support..

 

II. WARRANTY PERIOD:

- For pen products: 2 years.

- For jewelry products: please check carefully at the time of receiving the goods.

 

III. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

        To protect your interests, our company has the following warranty conditions:

- The product is still in the warranty period

- The product is used for the right purposes, functions and in a manner consistent with the instructions of the manufacturer and Party A

- The product does not have a disassembled condition or parts/components that do not match with the BLUSAIGON product.

- The damage of the product is not due to the intentional actions of the user. Because we are committed to being honest with our customers, we expect that our customers also be honest with our company.

- Free repair warranty within 2 years from the date of purchase if the pen is damaged, the product's fault is due to a technical error from the manufacturer. The paper/ electronic warranty card must be enclosed in accordance with the general regulations required.

- We will not guarantee the quality of plating if it is affected by external chemicals.

- Our company will not guarantee the pen product when the customer uses poor quality ink for the pen refill.

 

IV. NO WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

- The product is no longer in the warranty period

- Natural erosion

- Customers use pens not provided by BLUSAIGON

- The product is not used for its intended purpose, function and in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions

- The product is damaged due to the impact of external factors such as: natural disaster, flood, thunder, fire, accident, misuse of instructions, inappropriate power supply, cracking or collision caused by transportation and other similar cases

- Damage caused by improper installation and use of the product's technical standards and safety regulations

- The product shows signs of pre-repair in places that are not covered by the warranty system provided by BLUSAIGON.

- If the customer requests BLUSAIGON to repair or replace the products that are not eligible for warranty, we will proceed with the work and the customer is obliged to pay the incurred fee.

- Please send the product to BLUSAIGON Service Center (24H) for support.
